Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use theezine.agency, why we collect it, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Intake form details: your name, credentials, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, states licensed, license or NPN number, business name, domain, audience, story, products, palette choices, social links and notes.
- Files you upload: profile photo, logo, other photos and documents.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid, your name and email, and the amount, but not your full card number.
- Technical data: basic request data such as IP address and browser type, processed by our hosting and anti-spam providers.
2. How we use it
- To build, preview and launch your website.
- To email you a confirmation, your preview and your receipt, and to reply to you.
- To process your payment and prevent fraud and spam.
- To keep records and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
We use service providers that handle data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, DNS and the Turnstile anti-spam check), Google (Sheets for a lead log, Drive for uploaded files, and email delivery), and AI-assisted build tools that process your details and files to produce your site. Each provider has its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Cloudflare Turnstile and Stripe may set technical cookies needed for security and checkout.
5. Where your uploaded files go
Files you upload are stored in a private Google Drive folder that only we can open. They are not shared publicly. Photos and text appear on the web only once you approve your finished site.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except records we must keep by law.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as those under state privacy laws or GDPR, and we will honor valid requests.
8. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limits. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our service is for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Your clients' information
Websites we build for you may collect information from your own visitors. You are the owner of that data and are responsible for your own privacy policy and consent wording. We include starter privacy and terms pages, which you should have reviewed.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above. Contact: [email protected].
