Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of theezine.agency (the "Service", "we", "us") and any purchase from us. By submitting our intake form or paying, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What we provide
We design and build a custom website for insurance and financial professionals from the details, photos and documents you send. We offer a one-time website build ($728) and optional monthly plans (Care $98, Grow $188, Authority $368 per month). What each plan includes is described on our home page at the time you buy.
2. How the process works
- You submit the intake form and pay the build fee through Stripe. Work starts after payment is confirmed.
- We send you a private preview. You may request reasonable changes.
- Nothing is published on your domain until you approve it.
3. Fees and payment
- The build fee is one-time and non-refundable once paid. See our Refund Policy.
- Monthly plans are optional and month-to-month. Billing starts only after you approve and launch your site, and you may cancel any time.
- Prices are in US dollars. Domain registration is billed by the registrar, not by us. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, current information and only content you have the right to use, including photos, logos and testimonials. Testimonials need the writer's written permission.
- You are responsible for holding all licenses needed to sell the products you list, for the accuracy of your license and NPN details, and for following the laws and rules that apply to you.
- You must obtain any required review and approval of your final content from your carrier, IMO, compliance team or attorney before you publish.
5. No legal, tax or compliance advice
We build in common safeguards, such as no guaranteed-return claims and clear disclosures, but we are not a law firm or compliance reviewer. Example figures, charts and calculators on a website are illustrative only. Nothing we deliver is insurance, tax, legal or investment advice.
6. Ownership
- You keep ownership of the content you send us.
- When the build fee is paid, you receive the finished website content and files made for you. We keep the right to reuse our own templates, code, layouts and know-how for other clients.
- You give us permission to use your materials to build and host your site and, only with your approval, to show the finished site as a sample of our work.
7. Use of AI tools
We use software, including AI-assisted tools, to help produce drafts and code. We review the output, but you must read and approve your site before it goes live and you remain responsible for what you publish.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on providers such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Google and your domain registrar. We are not responsible for outages or changes at those providers.
9. No guarantees
We do not guarantee search-engine rankings, website traffic, leads or sales. The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages.
11. Ending service
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or end the Service if you break these terms, use the Service unlawfully, or publish misleading insurance claims. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you pay applies to that purchase. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which theezine.agency is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that state, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Questions: [email protected].
