Refund Policy
In short: the $728 build fee is non-refundable once paid. Monthly plans are optional and you can cancel any time. Billing for a plan starts only after you approve and launch your site.
1. Website build fee ($728, one-time)
The build fee is non-refundable once paid. Work begins as soon as Stripe confirms your payment, and our time, tools and setup are committed at that point. You acknowledge this with a checkbox on our form before you reach checkout.
2. What we will still do
- Fix errors in our work and make reasonable revisions to your preview.
- Refund a charge made in error, such as a duplicate payment or an amount different from the $728 shown.
3. Monthly plans (Care $98, Grow $188, Authority $368)
- Plans are month-to-month. You are not billed until your site is approved and launched.
- Cancel any time by emailing us. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep the service until then.
- We do not give refunds or prorated credits for a month already billed, except for a charge made in error.
4. Domain registration
Domain fees are paid to your registrar and are governed by their refund terms, not ours.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at [email protected]. We will respond and work to resolve it. Disputing a valid charge with your bank instead may delay a resolution.
